Application And Enrollment Process for Domestic Students
New Zealand citizens and Permanent Residents are welcome to join the FIAT courses as domestic students.
If you are interested in enrolling with FIAT, please get in touch with the Office Manager at FIAT (09 236 3738) or email horticareers@gmail.com.
We will send you more information, including a course information pack, links to additional information on our website, a FIAT Application Form, and a list of required Supporting Documents. Some of these will need to be either originals or verified copies.
If you have any specific questions, we will answer them or invite you to come and visit us.
To continue with your enrolment, you will need to send (or bring) us the completed FIAT Application Form.
All applicants will receive an Acknowledgement Email within 2 working days of receiving the application. This will include a Student ID number and a checklist of outstanding documents.
Once all supporting documents are received, the application will be assessed. All successful applicants will be sent an Offer of Place or a Conditional Offer of Place. Any unsuccessful applicants will be notified of the outcome with reasons listed.
If you receive an Offer of Place and accept it, you will be required to pay the fee as notified in the offer letter.
If you have a few requirements outstanding, you will be issued a Conditional Offer of Place. If you receive a conditional offer of place, you will need to meet all conditions before an unconditional offer is sent.
As soon as the fee is paid, we will send you a receipt which will enable you to enrol in the programme.
